No — we are an online-only service. We are based in Wicklow Town but offer a nationwide postal service across Ireland. Delivery is via An Post Tracked (€15) and a pre-paid return label is included in your parcel.
Yes! We offer a try-on service for customers in Wicklow Town and surrounding areas. There is a €15 try-on fee and garments are available to take immediately if you love them. To book, email us at info@dressedup.ie with your name, address, the dress you are interested in, and your preferred date.
Rentals run for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7 days. If you need a dress for longer, get in touch with us and we can check availability for an extended rental.
Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery. Your rental will typically arrive 1–3 days before your event date. All orders are sent via tracked courier so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Yes — if you need a dress at short notice, email us at info@dressedup.ie with the dress you would like and your rental dates and we will do our best to help.
We provide full measurements for every garment. By placing an order you are confirming you are familiar with the sizing of the brand. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before booking and reaching out if you have any questions.
No — please send the item back as-is. All garments are professionally dry-cleaned between every rental and the cost of this is included in your rental price.
A pre-paid returns label is included in your parcel. Simply use this label and drop the dress off at your nearest post office on the final day of your rental.
A late fee of €50 per day is charged for each day the dress is overdue. Our dresses are often booked back-to-back so punctual returns are really important.
If a garment is returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear, the full RRP (Recommended Retail Price) will be charged. For minor damage such as staining or a broken zip, you will be charged the cost of repair or dry-cleaning. Please let us know as soon as possible if anything happens to the dress.
Full refunds are available if you cancel 7 or more days before your rental start date. If you cancel within 7 days, a credit note is issued for the rental and shipping costs. This credit can be used on any future rental.
