Please read carefully before renting with Dressed Up.

1. Damage to Garments

If a garment is returned damaged — including rips, stains, broken zips, or any other damage beyond normal wear — the customer agrees to pay the full cost of repair or professional dry-cleaning.

If the damage is deemed irreparable, the customer is responsible for paying the full retail price of the garment.

Please notify us as soon as possible if anything happens to the garment so we can tend to it accordingly.

2. Care of Garments

Do not attempt to wash, iron, or safety-pin any garment. Please wash off any fake tan before wearing our garments, and avoid spraying perfume directly onto the fabric as it can cause permanent discolouration.

All garments are professionally dry-cleaned between rentals. We ask that you treat each piece with care so the next customer can enjoy it in perfect condition.

3. Delivery

Your rental will arrive 1–3 days before your event date. In the unlikely event of a postal delay outside our control, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery is via An Post Tracked at a cost of €15. A pre-paid return label is included in your parcel at no extra charge. You can monitor your parcel every step of the way with An Post tracking.

4. Returns

Garments must be dropped to the post office using the pre-paid returns label provided in your parcel, on the day after your final rental date.

A late fee of €50 per day will be charged for each day the dress is overdue.

Please do not attempt to clean the garment before returning it — dry-cleaning costs are included in your rental price.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before your rental start date. Cancellations within this window may not be possible as the garment may already have been dispatched.

Eligible cancellations will be reimbursed as store credit rather than a cash refund.

6. Your Responsibility

By completing a rental with Dressed Up, you agree to all terms outlined on this page. Please be mindful when wearing your dress — our garments are often booked by other customers immediately after your rental, and we depend on you to return each piece on time and in the condition it was given to you.
