Please read our terms & conditions before renting
1. If the garment is damaged (ripped, stained, broken zip, etc.) the customer agrees to pay for the cost and repair or dry cleaning.
2. If the damage is deemed irreparable, you are responsible to pay the retail price of the garment.
3. PLEASE let us know as soon as possible if anything happened to the garment so we are able to tend to it accordingly.
4. DO NOT attempt to wash, iron or safety pin any garment. Please wash off your wet tan before wearing any of our garments and try not to spray any perfume directly onto the garment as it can lead to discoloration.
5. Your rental will arrive 1-3 days before your event date. If for any reason out of our control i.e. postage delays that it doesnt, a refund will be issued.
6. Garments must be sent back to the post office with the prepaid packing slip we provide the day after the final rental date. If the garment is not posted the following day, there will be a 50 euro late fee charged daily for each day the dress is overdue
7. Booking cancellations are possible one week before the rental date (no later as the garment might already be posted). This will be reimbursed with store credit.
Please be mindful when wearing the dress, our dresses might be booked out so we need you to return the dress on time and in the condition it was given to you.
By renting with "Dressed Up", you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement as listed.
