We offer a try on service for customers based in South Dublin & Wicklow Town. Our try on service costs €15 and we will get you to try on the garments there and then. You can book by popping us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email please include your name, address, what dress you wish to try on & also what date suits you for the try on service.
Yes, a full refund is available to customers who cancel their rental at least 7 days before their desired rental dates. If you decide to cancel your dress rental within 7 days of your event, a credit note will be issued to the value of the dress rental and any shipping fee that was paid.
Outside of Dublin it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be delivered. Upon request we can offer same day delivery and next day delivery in South Dublin & Wicklow Town area.
No, please send the item back as is, dry cleaning costs have been included in the price of the rental fee. Under no circumstance should you attempt to wash or have our products dry cleaned, doing so can result in you being charged. For further information please see our T&C’s.
If you are based in South Dublin or Wicklow Town, we strongly recommend the try on service to assure the dress fits you before renting. Alternatively, we will send you the measurements of the item. We will then assume once you order you are familiar with the brands sizing.
We ask for you to be mindful when wearing our dresses and look after them with care. We understand that from time-to-time normal wear will happen. All our items are inspected prior to and after your rental. Full RRP (Recommended Retail Price) will be charged if an item is returned beyond reasonable wear and tear (stained, torn, unwearable)
